Through our EarthCare Building Systems™ division, we feature a new class of eco- and contractor-friendly building products that deliver on the Balanced Green Building™ promise. This revolutionary line of exterior and interior products is called magnesium-oxide board or simply, MgO board. MgO board utilizes eco-friendly magnesium cement rather than ordinary Portland cement. This board combined with our patented engineering technology, produces a construction solution that is quickly redefining the future of cement-based boards.

  • Energy Conservation

    • Magnesium cement-based products require a lower heating temperature during manufacturing (generally 20-40% less than the energy required to produce conventional Portland cement-based products) thereby using less fossil fuel and conserving precious natural resources.

  • CO2 Friendliness

    • MgO board is deemed to be CO2 (greenhouse gas) friendly in that a certain degree of emissions are properly captured in the board during the manufacturing process and not released into the atmosphere.

    • MgO boards are durable and long lasting – requiring fewer resources for replacement and reducing maintenance and repair costs.
