At JetProducts, we take our commitment to providing products that are safe to humans and the environment very seriously. The following reflects the Company's position on the safety of its products and its stewardship of the environment.

PRODUCT SAFETY

All JetProducts - JetTrim™, JetBacker™, JetSoffit™ and JetBoard™ - meet or exceed all applicable federal safety guidelines and warning requirements as enforced by the Consumer Product Safety Commission for the following hazardous materials:  asbestos, lead, and formaldehyde. All JetProducts that are sold and installed in the USA have been fully tested and do not contain chemicals at concentrations that would require a Proposition 65 warning label. (Proposition 65 requires consumer product warnings for products shipped to California that contain chemicals known to the state of California to include carcinogens or reproductive toxins unless such chemicals are present below established Safe Harbor Levels or are shown to be present in unharmful concentrations.)

The main ingredient of all JetProducts, magnesium-oxide cement, is an all natural, non-toxic material making it more "contractor-friendly" than certain other Portland cement-based products.

PRODUCT TESTING

All product claims made by JetProducts are supported by independent test reports that further define exclusive design details. The following products - JetTrim™, JetBacker™, JetSoffit™ and JetBoard™ - have been evaluated for conformance to the following ASTM International standards:

• ASTM E72 - Strength
• ASTM E96 - Water Vapor Transmission
• ASTM C518 - Thermal Transmission
• ASTM E2099 - Structural Transmission
• ASTM E331 - Water Penetration
• ASTM D3273 - Mold/Mildew Growth
• ASTM E84 - Surface Burning     Flame Spread: 0

We know that in the 21st century's global economy, our efforts to assure product safety for Americans cannot just begin at our borders, they must begin at the time the products are produced in other countries. In addition to standard ASTM tests, JetProducts conducts product testing throughout the production process with unannounced random inspections by third-party inspectors. Each production run of finished products are tested for compliance to all JetProducts specifications. Independent testing labs are also utilized by JetProducts to ensure the integrity of the chemical composition of all its products.

ENVIRONMENTAL

All JetProducts utilize magnesium-oxide (MgO) cement for a unique class of "eco-friendly" building products. Magnesium-based cements possess the following characteristics and benefits to the environment:

• Energy Conservation: Magnesium cements use a lower heating temperature during manufacturing than conventional cement thereby using less fossil fuel and conserving precious natural resources.
• Sustainability: The components in MgO cements are far more recyclable than those found in standard Portland cement.
